Terms & Conditions

A friendly rundown of how we work together — from booking and timelines to hosting, privacy, and everything in between. Reserving a slot means you're on board with the policies below.

01Booking & Payment

  • Reservation Fee: To lock in your slot and start the design work, we ask for a 50% reservation fee. Because it reserves dedicated time on our calendar, this deposit is non-refundable.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is settled before your final link is published. Your site goes live once the balance clears.
  • Refunds: Once we've begun designing or drafting your site, any amount already paid can no longer be refunded.

02Submitting Your Materials

  • Before We Build: We start once every detail is in — photos, finalized wording, entourage list, program or schedule, and any venue or map links.
  • Image Quality: Please share the highest-resolution photos you have. A shared Google Drive folder is our preferred way to receive everything in one tidy place.
  • Content Rights: Kindly make sure you have permission to use any photos, music, or text you send us.

03Turnaround Time

  • Classic Vow: Roughly 2 to 5 business days.
  • Signature Story: Roughly 5 to 7 business days.
  • Premium Ever After: Around 2 to 3 weeks, since this tier includes custom illustrations and bespoke sections.
  • Each estimate only starts counting once all of your materials have been received.
  • Rush Requests: Need it sooner? A 1 to 2 day express build is possible for a ₱1500 rush fee, subject to slot availability.

04Revisions & Changes

  • What's Included: Small tweaks are unlimited and free — photo swaps, typo fixes, palette adjustments, or switching your background song.
  • Larger Reworks: Significant structural redesigns requested after the build has started are billed at ₱1350 per request.
  • Double-Check First: Please review all names, dates, and addresses before sending. We build exactly what's provided and can't be responsible for errors in your source text.

05Proofing & Final Approval

  • Review Window: We'll share a private preview link for you to look over. Sending your feedback within the agreed review period keeps everything on schedule.
  • Sign-Off: We publish once you give the go-ahead. After launch, further edits fall under the revisions policy above.

06Hosting & Domain

  • Hosting Period: Your site stays online for the window included in your package — 3 months on Classic Vow, 6 months on Signature Story, and 12 months on Premium Ever After — measured from your event date.
  • Personalized Web Address: Every package includes a personalized web address (such as yourname.digitalinvitation.co) with SSL, set up and maintained by us — no registration or renewals required on your end.
  • Keeping It Live: Want to keep your site or domain longer? Renewals are available for a small fee, and we'll remind you before anything expires.
  • After Expiry: If a site isn't renewed, the link is switched off automatically and its files may be cleared from our servers.

07Guest Data & Privacy

  • RSVP Information: Details your guests submit — names, meal choices, and messages — are stored securely and used only to run your wedding site.
  • Never Sold: Guest information is never sold or shared with outside parties for marketing.
  • Your Role: As the couple, you're responsible for letting your guests know their RSVP details are collected through the site.

08Third-Party Services & Gifts

  • External Tools: Some features rely on outside services such as domain registrars and e-wallets like GCash or Maya. Their uptime and policies are beyond our control.
  • Monetary Gifts: Cash gifts move directly between your guests and your chosen account or wallet. We only display the details and never handle or hold any funds.

09Portfolio & Showcase

  • Featuring Our Work: We may showcase a non-private version of your finished site in our portfolio, social media, or sample galleries.
  • Prefer to Stay Private?: Just let us know and we'll happily keep your project out of any public showcase.

10Postponements & Cancellations

  • Date Changes: Plans shift — if your event is postponed, we'll do our best to adjust your timeline and update your date at no extra design cost.
  • Cancellations: Should you cancel, work completed up to that point remains non-refundable, in line with our payment policy.

11Agreement

  • Acceptance: By sending an inquiry, paying a reservation fee, or submitting your materials, you confirm you've read and agreed to these terms.
  • These terms may be updated from time to time — the most current version always lives on this page.
